2. WHAT DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Marketing

We use personal data for marketing purposes. This includes informing you about products and services that you have requested and from time to time any new products or services that we feel you may benefit from or may find of interest.

We will only make contact with you for marketing purposes by email if you have given us your consent to do so. However, we might also contact you for marketing purposes through other channels to ensure you received the information and to ensure you do not have any further questions. This would be by telephone, text or post. If you don’t wish to be contacted then please do let us know.

Relationship management

We use personal data for relationship management purposes. Relationship management is the on going maintenance of our relationship with you our clients. This could include activities such as letting you know about product changes, planned maintenance, cancellation of appointments and in dealing with your enquiries etc.

 

3. WHAT ARE OUR LEGAL GROUNDS FOR HANDLING PERSONAL DATA?

We will only have your data if you have filled out a request for further information or if you are a client having treatment.

We rely on your consent to make contact with you by email for providing you with details of the Alevere Programme. You can withdraw that consent and ask us to delete your information at any time – please see section 9.

 

4. WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE USE, AND WHERE DO WE GET THE INFORMATION FROM ?

We obtain and use information from your enquiry form and / or information you give us from a telephone, or text enquiry. These are summarised as follows:

Name and contact details – This is basic personal data about you and how to get in touch with you. This information is usually provided directly by the relevant individual; it could for example be given over the telephone, in an email, through our websites, or in person.

Contact history – This is information about our dealings with you, such as what information we have sent you. It also includes your behaviour in response to our interactions with you, such as whether you have opened our emails, clicked on a link or watched a video. We produce these records ourselves.

 

5. WHO DO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH?

Your personal data is not shared with anybody outside of Alevere Northampton Limited unless it is being used by a third party on our behalf to contact you regarding Alevere Northampton Limited products or services.

Service providers

We may provide your information to third parties who help us use it. For example:

– We might use a third party email broadcasting service in order to send you marketing emails (if you have agreed to receive them).

– We might use a printing company to produce and send personalised direct mail.

We are based in the United Kingdom, and will normally access and use your information from here. However, we also use third party operation services in America. The use of the information in those locations is protected by European data protection standards.

 

7. FOR HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION RETAINED?

We will normally keep your personal data while you have an on going relationship with us or if you have demonstrated an interest in our products and services within the past two years. You can request us to delete it earlier as explained in section 9.

 

8. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN RESPECT OF THE INFORMATION THAT WE HOLD ABOUT YOU?

Access: You have a right to find out what personal data we hold about you, and certain other information such as how we are using it.

Rectification: If you believe that the information that we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have a right to get it corrected.

Withdrawal of consent / objection: Where we rely on your consent to use your personal data (see section 3), you are free to withdraw that consent at any time. In any other cases, you can let us know that you object to us using your personal data (for example, if you do not want to receive marketing calls from us any more).

Deletion: If you want us to delete your personal data, you can ask us to do so at any time. (However, you may wish us to retain your basic details on a suppression file so that we do not subsequently contact you if we receive your details again in the future).
